hi,all

	i am creating database using oracle database assistant under oracle8i2 on ntserver4+sp5. and the following error appears:ora 12638:
	the same thing also appears when i created oracleserviceSID with oradim and want to use svrmgrl to create database mannualy.
	can someone help me?
