The procedure is documented in the Migration Guide. Basically you need to run u081050.sql script. One thing to watch out is free space on SYSTEM. Just make sure it has sufficient free space there. I normally make sure there is about 30 MB free. After the upgrade you would see tat it does not use all of it but it does use most (as temporary space usage) during the upgrade.
