Home -> Community -> Mailing Lists -> Oracle-L -> from V$SESSION - SERVER = NONE?
On one of my Oracle server systems I'm running MTS on port 1521
and I've defined port 1529 to be for non-MTS (DEDICATED?) connections.
What does a SERVER type of "NONE" indicate?
FWIW - Oracle V7.3.4.3 on V2.6 Solaris.
Machines that have all capital letters in their names are PC's.
Machines that have all lower case letters in their names are
"front end" Suns in a 3 tier architecture.
