Can anyone advise how to obtain user stats in terms of successfull / unsuccessfull login attempts to DB ?

Activate audit on session and query dba_audit_session.

Well Thanks for the input however that is not what I am looking ...which is the LDAP Metrics for Oracle Internet Directory...You can run it through EM, However, I need to find out now what SQL Queries used to get those so that I can run my own scripts to get the flat file as an output.
