Is this the first application that you have built? Did you write the Form? Does this happen on all PCs or just yours? Is your PC new?

So you have other applications that you start with a command similar to http://121.100.115.2:7778/forms/frmservlet?config=lims but with different names after the 'config'. Do these other applications work on all PCs all the time?

If yes, then I suggest that you open the Form associated with 'config=lims' in Form Builder, do a Compile All (ctrl-shft-k) then Generate (ctrl-t) then save it.

If it still does not work then I expect that you have a PLL library attached to it and it needs to have a Compile All done to it.

Okay, so on most of the PCs ALL the forms work ALL the time and on other PCs NONE of the forms ever work.

Is this true?

Do you use the same version of the browser on all of those PCs?

Please answer my question.

Alternatively, present a matrix to us. For each of your four applications tell us which work on which PC. You don't have to tell us their real names, just label the PCs 'PC1', 'PC2', etc and the applications 'AP1', 'AP2', etc. Then reply:
    PC1 PC2 PC3
AP1 Y N Y
AP2 Y N Y
AP3 Y N Y
