I just put the beginning of your title in the search field and find this topic Moving a 32 bit Oracle 9i database to 64 bit on a different server
Easy, doesn't it?
About 15 seconds, fast, doesn't it?

I don't know and if you hide some important information you don't have appropriate answer.
My point in this case is to give up as I hate wasting my time.
