i have install oracle in other computers and i never have any problem, but now, i install oracle in one portable xp and i created a database without any problem. But when i try to do a tnsping to the database, sometimes works fine, but others i don't have any reponse, correct or fail the packages, until i restart the service of the tnslistener, when i restart, i recive the response of the tnsping, i dont know which is the problem

Post you Listener contents.
Post the error you got.
Check the Listener log file.
