that's happened with me when I pressed "SQL Developer" in Oracle 11g

is there any idea help me to solve this problem ?

A Java JRE (Java Runtime Environment) is not the same as a Java SDK (Software Development Kit). A JRE is all you need to run Java applications. A SDK, on the other hand, allows you to create Java applications.

You should install a Java SDK. A JRE apparently isn't enough for SQL Developer.

just a few options.

The download-site has both a version with sdk and one without an sdk (or jdk, as it is also called)
