Hi All,

I have the windows server2003 and on this 2 different versions of oracle installed like oracle8i and 10g.

I want to take export from Oracle8i version then can you help me how may set the oracle8i home or any other soln.

HI,

Don't need to set Oracle_home you can set go ORACLE 8i ORACLE HOME.

like
c:\> cd $ORACLE_HOME(8i)/bin/exp userid/pwd file= <name> log=<name>

Hi,

now it's showing oracle8i version....But while taking export it gives EXP:00008 and ORA-00904(Invalid Column) error.

Can u help me once again.
