Can anybody tell me what is difference between Oracle 11i and 12.

between Oracle 11i and 12.

Basically There is no difference every new release content all old release features with SOME NEW AND ADVANCE FEATURES.

you should check NEW FEATURES comes with ORACLE APP 12 beta.

Oracle 11i does not exist and Oracle 12 has not been released yet.
Things like these are noted in Release guides, which you can find on Oracle's website.
