Hi,
just fellow below step
Based on windows platform
shutdown immediate;
take cold backup with SPFILE,PFILE,*.dbf,*.log,*.ctl files

On Target Machine.
#set oracle_sid some as old machine sid.

set oracle_sid=<sid>
#create password file and oracle servies.

through ORADIM create Oracle Services
through ORAPWD create password files

#restore cold backup some as old machine path.

#configure listener.ora or tnsnames.ora or sqlnet.ora file through NETCA tool.

#startup your database

hope this helps
Taj
