Service Request - Task Template mapping
Somebody Please explain:
As per the user guide & help menu I understand:
When a particular type of Service Request with a particular problem code is entered, immediately a Task is created,
However I am not getting this working , I am still getting all the options in create task window LOV.
How does this function?

As per the help menu available, this set up is about automatically creating a task , when a particualr problem code and service request type are encountered in SR. the task is also assigned automatically,
However this setup is not working,(I tried to set up a profile option of %auto%assign%task
please tell anything more needs to be done.
