this is kishore ihave faced one problem.

Q) how can i create a table with out using create table statement in oracle

"How can I drive a car without using a steer and pedals?" is about the same question. It just doesn't make sense, and the things are MADE for just doing that.

You can use OEM console for that.
Goto Databases, schema and then table.

I would be willing to place a bet that the user doesn't know the syntax for the create statement and doesn't want to learn it. I think that is a short sided idea. There will always be times that the GUI doesn't work and you have to issue commands directly in good old sql*plus. And frankly, it is MUCH quicker to type in most commands then to have to click through a GUI interface.
