Hi,

Can anyone give me the script for creating the lookup code and their values.

Usually you do not create lookups with that many values so entering them manually into the system is probably the best way to go. When you first have done that in your development environment and are satisfied, you can use FNDLOAD to download the lookup to a flat file and to upload it in other environments.

For more information about FNDLOAD in Appendix C "Loaders" in the Oracle Applications System Administrator's Guide - Configuration.
