I am working as Oracle 11i Application Technical, i would like to know more about KFF, DFF Development and implementation and WHO column auditing.

For information about flexfields try the "Oracle Applications Flexfields Guide". It is available on the documentation CD and on Metalink under Top Tech Docs. It is a bit light on some topics such as PL/SQL special validation. I suggest you take a look at the seeded value sets in applications using such validation to see how it works.

For information about WHO-columns see the section "Tracking Data Changes with Record History (WHO)" in Chapter 3 "Building Your Database Objects" in the "Oracle Applications Developer’s Guide".
