Which system privs would allow a user to see data in a table outside of the users own schema?

I know DBA and SELECT ANY TABLE will do it.
What else?

Trying to audit a schema to identify who has access to the tables.

Thanks

Forgot to ask ....
Does anyone have any suggestions of the best way to perform such an audit?

ie.
schema name ... system_app
Which users in the database can access data in system_app?
