hi

i am using JTF_EC_PUB.CREATE_ESCALATION API to escalate the tasks. it is escalating only from null to LEVEL 1 its not esclating the tasks from LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 2 or anyother choice.

could anyone help me in this issue.
