I am specialised of HR&Payroll systems skills and consultancy but I am not using ORACLE HRMS.

I am now in Bangladesh. I have completed Ms. in Computer Science. I have 10 years
experince in Oracle developer & DBA. I am also working
in various business platform eg. Financial Accounting,
Manufacturing Accounts, Production, Sales & Marketing,
Inventory System, Rationing System, Payroll & Human
Resources. These systems are developed in Oracle v6,
v7, v8, v8i. I am also working in Oracle under SCO
UNIX, AT&T Unix, NCR UNIX, Windows NT, Windows 98. I
have been implemented many Oracle multithread database
installation under Unix & Windows NT platform.

The Oracle Energy Application uses the four modules of Fleet/Operations, First Purchaser, Revenue and Regulatory. In the module of fleet/operations, information is updated that enables the generation of driver's pay. Information relating to ticket transactions such as volumes, gravity, temperature as well as equipment for each lease is maintained. After all of this data has been entered, at close times, the data will be transferred to First Purchaser and barrels are prices. Within the First Purchaser module, allocations, adjustments and generation of crude purchase statements will occur. Each completion of actions in the First Purchaser module, these will be transferred to Revenue. There, the Division of interest is maintained and royalty checks will be generated and issued.
