can we invoke excell though a DB procedure [message #87550]

can we invoke excell sheet though a DB procedure.

I need to know how can i invoke my excell sheet from a prcedure residing at server side and it will run automatically at 8 in morning daily.

any idea will be appreciated.

Hi,
Either make use of Java based Procedure or if you are using an application server then make use of UTL_HTTP.REQUEST.
