How can we have an OS level Authentication...i.e if some one logs in by a username in to the OS then that particular user shuld get connected to internal of some particular database without requring the passowrd

you change init.d parameter OS_AUTHENT_PREFIX=OPS$ and
CREATE USER OPS$USER IDENTIFIED EXTERNALLY BY 123
