Hi All ,

I have created a table.I am able to see some LOW&HIGH values in LOW_VALUE&HIGH_VALUE of the DBA_TAB_COLUMNS.
But I didn't define any range for that column .
How Low value & high value will be populated to ALL_TAB_COLUMNS data dictionary table ?

The values are gathered when you analyzed the table with dbms_stats.
