Total Server memory is 64GB and i am using AMM with Memory_Target set to 32GB
The AMM automatically allocates SGA of 10GB and PGA_aggregate_target of 30GB.
I checked the total session PGA usage which is aggregating to 2Gb.

My quest is why the PGA_aggregate_target goges over the Memory_Target limit as it should be Memory_Target minus SGA.
Also when the session PG is only 2GB then where is the rest PGA_aggregate_target of 30GB being used any why do we have memory issues ?

Please can you show the queries you are running that give you this information?

Using the AMM with Memory_Target=128GB
The Enterprise Manager Memory Advisor graph shows 70% memory used for the PGA and only 30% for SGA.
Anyone knows the reason why it shows such a high amount of PGA aloocation whereas normally it should be 20% for PGA and rest for SGA ?

Not it should not be it depends on what you do.
And, as this is the same question than your previous topic, I'll merge both.
You know you MUST NOT do that but answer the questions that are posted to you.
