I don't know if you can move it directly but I am sure you can do a RMAN backup and restore or en export and import.

DB10.2.0.3 is not certified against Windows 2008, but it will probably work. Up to you.

Why don't you try with a small database and tell us?
Or will you do it, without any test, on your production database based on an answer you will get from a public forum?

Sadly, more people do this than I care to imagine Sad

Oracle 10 is at least as old and out of support as is Win 2003.
Why does your organization see fit to keep their OS at a supported level but not their database?
As others have said, Oracle 10.x is not certified for any Windows beyond 2003. You may (or may not) get it to work but you will be totally without support from Oracle. But then, at 10.2, you already are without support from Oracle unless you are paying boatloads of money for extended support.

As I searched on Internet, 10.2.0.5 is compatible with windows server 2008 . I need a patch to upgrade DB version . Can I directly upgrade to 10.2.0.5 from 10.2.0.3 by a patch ?

Just search on MOS/Metalink, you will have both the answer and the download to apply.
