.fmx deployed in a different environment throws error ora-06508 [message #632616]

The form is developed and compiled in a Dev environment. In that environment it compiles fine and works.
When the .fmx file is moved to a different environment, the form in that new environment when running throws error "ora-06508 could not find program unit being called". The only time it works is if the .fmb file is moved to a given environment and compiled there.
Anybody has an idea where I should start looking? Or what could be the problem? The libraries are attached with the "remove path" option, and they are all compiled and working fine for other forms.
I need to be only moving the .fmx not the .fmb and compile to get the .fmx.
Other forms that uses the same libraries work just fine by having just their .fmx moved.

Do you know which program unit raises the error? Navigate to Help - Display error first (it might show the culprit). Otherwise, run a form in debug mode. Once you find it, you'll (probably) know what to do next.

This is the CORRECT procedure for deploying a Forms Executable on a server, especially if the servers do not use the same OS. Even if the servers are the same OS, Oracle still recommend you compile the FMX on the target server.
