Hello Smile

I've got a form that users will fill out and then on submission of the form I want an email notification with details they just filled in. SO I need help sending an email with a form as attachment from APEX...I have looked up for ages how to do it, like literally all day, and I don't get it. I think I understand how to actually send the email and attach the file, but I don't get how to get the file into an attachable format in the first place, the 'BLOB' bit.
If someone could help explain it to me I would be eternally grateful thankss Smile
