Is there a way to restore the schema and its associated objects once it is dropped?

1. The flash back database feature is not ON in the database where schema was dropped.
2. The data files/ table space has not been dropped
3. There was no export taken for the schema.

You have to restore and recover the database in another place (at least the system and schema tablespaces), export the schema and reimport it in the original database.

I have never been a DBA, so this may or may not help, but the documentation seems to say that you can use "tablespace point-in-time recovery" to "Recover one independent schema ...".
