I am connecting using basic connection type. I supply the ip address of host. port is 1521. i have no problem in connecting before. It only happened this afternoon. May i know what other informations you need Michel. Thank you.

I did not change anything. I was able to connect to the database in the morning but in the afternoon that error appeared when i tried to reconnect.
