I attached one menu in Application at Tool level as View PO

the code written as:

fnd_function.execute
(FUNCTION_NAME=>'JAINPO',OPEN_FLAG=>'Y',SESSION_FLAG=>'N');

JAINPO is standard PO form name in our application ...

but it showing error as:
Function not available to this responsibility.Change Responsibility..

Embarassed

What should i need to modify..?
