Multiple ledgers: Inventory validation orgs for Financial Options-> expense receiving problem.
Have multiple ledgers. In Financial Options the master org LOV will only show inv orgs with the same ledger, therefore necessary to have an 'item validation org' for each ledger, to use in Financial Options. Even without any items, the item val org for each OU Financial Options will be the default org for expense purchasing (that's ok).
Am hitting a problem on receiving expense purchases with RCV Processing Mode = On-line.
rvtptcontrol failed RVTTH-010: Subroutine rvtthins() returned error Cause: Subroutine rvtthins() returned an internal error. Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Con Your inventory organization is not properly set up with the accounting information."
Occurs both via iproc and the form. If I set RCV Processing Mode = Immediate (in the hope of getting error detail in the log) this mode receives without any problem!
The mode is automatic as On-line for iproc receiving, so can't work around the problem (and would be good to understand what the problem is).
(The ledgers outside of that on the true item master org don't use inventory,so haven't had exposure to whether inventory receiving would have any problems).
