Hi! I would like to know what are the possible ways to migrate the historical data of other financial systems to Oracle financials? Also, what if the data to be migrated is from the 11i version of Oracle Financials, what are the possible ways to extract the data from 9g/10g and format these data which will be compatible to 11g? Is there a utility that can be used to cater for this?

Need more clarity...
What do you mean by "migrate the historical data of other financial systems to Oracle Financials"?
Is it to GL directly? (Or) Any other subledger?
From 11i to where R12 (12.0.X)? (Or) 12.1.X?

To migrate the historical data of other financial systems to Oracle Financials, means trasferring the existing data of a financial system like SAP financials, Lawson financial system, and other financial softwares to GL (or to AR and AP modules of Oracle before going to GL).


If the financial system is Oracle Financials, the data will be migrated from 11i to 12.1.1
