Hi,
I am not sure what kind of information you are looking for like setup,transaction flow,process etc.
If it's related to setup,you have to check user guide.
Here with i am sending a smiple flow for contract...
1) Create Project Type.
(N) Setup --> Projects --> Project Types
a)In 'Budget Option' Tab Enter Cost,Revenue Budget Entry methods & Resource List.
b)In 'Billing Information' Tab select funding level, Billing Job Group , Rate Schedules, Invoice Formats, Billing Cycle and Enable Baseline Funding without Budget Check box.
c)In 'Distribute Rule' Tab enter One Default Rule. We can select multiple rules for one type. Only one amonth tehm can be selected as default. This will appear in the project, which can be modified as required. There are 7 distribution rules , which are seeded like Cost/Cost, Cost/Work, Work/Work etc......
2) Create 'Project Template '(by using 'Project type' as 'Contract').
Define tasks & in Task Details window enable 'Billable' Check box.
3) In 'Customer & Contact' option window enter Customers and Contacts. In Can select one or more Customers and contribution can be split among customers.
4) Create a New Project based on the 'Project Template'.
5) Enter 'Pre approved Expenditure Batch'.
(N) Expenditure --> Pre Approved Batch --> Enter.
Enter Expenditure items for expenditure Organiztion and Release it.
6) Run 'PRC : Distribute XXXXXXX Costs'.
7)To interface Misc Costs (if we selected as Misc Trx for Pre approved Exp batch) from Projects to Genral Ledgel Submit
PRC: Interface Usage and Miscellneous Costs to General Ledger.
