I want to know how to set an ALERT on a Table to accomodate some report job.

I need to set alert monitoring on a Table..but do not know much about the same.

We don't know exactly what you mean by "alert monitoring".

I want to create EVENT ALERTS on Table which will triggered when an event or change is made to a table in the database.

I suspect you will need to write some sort of trigger.
Your problem statement is way too vague to provide any specific advice.

Do you mean auditing? or the Oracle Alerts product???
