In Oracle, what I understand is mataterialized view = summary table

To know more about Materialize view(MV) search in www.tahiti.orcle.com

MV is a view that can be used to summarize, precompute, replicate, and distribute data.

We don't know what you mean by 'Summary Management' and 'Summary Table'

Those are not terms with a special meaning in the context of Oracle.
