D2k has Layout Edit,canvas type,windows..

Is it posible get such in apex ?

visit apex.oracle.com you shall find all the documentations. Further if you install apex 3.2.1 you shall find sample demo application will also be made available. On seeing the demo package you will get fair amount of your existing forms ideas through apex.
