Hi folks,
i have a requirement from the client to create the function based on the flowsheet provide, since i am not able to understand the flowsheet and how to proceed , i need your guideness how to proceed . i attach the flowsheet with this .

HOW does any of this relate to Oracle?

Why would you write a spreadsheet with code in it.
Either write a spreadsheet that describes the problem, or just write the code?
