I was practicing over the weekend trying to create a listener in enterprise manager.
I got to the Net Services Administration Page and selected listener in the combo box there.
When i clicked on create, i got this message -

Quote:
Listener Administration cannot be performed in this oracle home "c:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_3" is not a server installation

please does anyone have an idea what caused this error as the oracle was installed as a server installation. ?
what are the possible solutions?

Thank you.
