You can do so using RPAD and LPAD SQL functions. I don't know the actual syntax right now, but I can give you tomorrow if you want. You can mail me and let me know.

Thanks for your quick response. The rpad work very well. I found the syntax:
rpad(column_name,length)||rpad(column_name,length)|| etc.....
