On a HP-UX machine I have two versions of Oracle - V7 and V8.
When I try to startup any database of Oracle 7, appears me this message:
SVRMGRL>startup
LRM-00109:could not open parameter file '/.../oracle/v8/8.0'
Ora-01078:

SVRMGRL>startup pfile='/.../oracle/v7/7.3.4/dbs/initD3.ora'
LRM-00101:unknown parameter name 'checkpoint_process'

Do you have your environmental variables set for Oracle 7?

Unfortunnaly that's my big problem, I don't know how to set my environmental variables for Oracle 7. Can you help me?

You place this information in your .profile or type from the command line. For example to set your ORACLE_SID:
ORACLE_SID=dbname;export ORACLE_SID
