Dear Concern,
None of the users can login to enterprise manager web page after changing SYSMAN password. But they can if I restore the password.
The error messege displayed is "The application requires more database privileges than you have currently been granted. Click on Help to get more version specific information.". Privileges are just perfect, I can assure about that.
I have multiple instances in the same system.
Please, if possible, I would like to know the reason behind it.
