Hi,

In Toad, shortcut key for comment block is ctrl+B.

1)what is the shorkut key for uncomment block?

2)how to use the debugger in toad?

Toad Help menu - Search tab - type "shortcut keys" - click "List topics" button (or Search or whatever your TOAD version has) - choose a topic which promises the best results - read it
