You can but it is not supported unless you are in 10.2.0.3 and up and can use DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT.SET_AUDIT_TRAIL_LOCATION procedure.
See Metalink notes 72460.1 "Moving AUD$ to Another Tablespace and Adding Triggers to AUD$" and 1019377.6: "Script to move SYS.AUD$ table out of SYSTEM tablespace".

Hi,
We're running one DB on Windows (32 bit) platform, Oracle version 10.2.0.4. Unfortunately DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT is not available (from Metalink) as a patch for the Windows platform (only HP-UX, Solaris and AIX).
Am I right that in that situation there is no Oracle supported way to move sys.aud$ to a different tablespace than system?
Thanks!
/hc

Update:
According to Oracle support, DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT will be fully supported with 11.1.0.7 and onwards for the Windows platform. Although it's not officially supported to move SYS.AUD$ to a different TS than SYSTEM, we got the blessing from Oracle supporty to do it manually anyway.
