Error while runing .bash_profile [message #348173]

Hi Forum

I am a DBA, so not familiar much with System level stuff.

When I execute .bash_profile on my system, it executes successfully , but give a addtional response as follow:

[oracle@rac1host~]$. ./.bash_profile
bash: /home/oracle: is a directory

Please advice any way to avoid this message
(bash: /home/oracle: is a directory )

OK, you have a file & when you invoke it you get an error.
WHY, Why, why do you expect any assistance when you decided we should be able to debug a file when we can't see the contents??????????????

Would you be able to debug a file containing PL/SQL if I showed you only an error message?

OHH I missed one more thing......

I CAN DEBUG THE PL/SQL FILE WIHOUT LOOKING AT FILE & JUST SIMPLY LOOKING AT ERROR CODE..............
