Hi, we are not experts (not all of us), we just happened to work with this stuff.
"Easiest way"? - I'd say, 'Buy a drink to your OAS sysadmin and ask him'Smile
2) See it in Enterprise Manager page
3) See it in reports/conf/rwservlet.properties file
