Hi,


My users are connected through application, due to load balancing they moved to SID_INSTANCE 1 OR SID_INSTANCE 2 ,

But i want user1 to be connected INSTANCE1 always, can any one guide with their valuable experience.

Without a lot more information about your middleware, application server, database setup and load balancing, I'd be suprised if there was much we could do to help.

Use different "service_names" for each instance and use a tnsnames entry that points to the service you want.

*CRS configured
*ASM configured
*Load Balancing active
*Instance : 2 (SID1 and SID2)
*Application:9.0.1.4.0
*Middle ware/Infrastructure database:Oracle 9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.0.1.5.0 64-Bit
