Hi Friends,
I have joined in a small company which does not follow a defined process or methodology in carrying out DBA work.They have asked me to document some process and methodology templates,checklists and guidelines that might help in getting the CMMI certification. So i request someone to guide me with this by providing some sample documents,checklists,links etc.
Currently im taking care of 1 production server and 12 reports servers. Major activities are like providing backup,tuning strategies,partitioning tables etc.
