hello guys,
hope to be fyn at their respetive sites.
I 've a problem pls guide me to solve this,
I am using DS10g . i have attached a calendar control (downloaded from Oracle site) . It working fyn but when it display the date in field it's behaviour is very strange for me .
My requirement is date display in format like "DD-MON-YYYY" (01-JUN-2008") but when the date control Box display the date in the field , it shows format (01-JUn-0008) .
i change the format mask of this field to 'DD-MON-YYYY' but could not get the right one .
Pls suggest what's wrong with me .

I'm afraid I can't help much, but - could you try to modify date format from DD-MON-YYYY to DD-MON-RRRR?

Thx buddy it's fyn .

i 've tried this also but still same problem.The wondering thing which i could not understand yet is that some time it show the exact date format i'e '01-may-2008'.
This cause a really trouble for me . Sad
Could you pls suggest some thing els.

Are you using 'date' fields or 'character' fields?
