Please let me know how to designed
table,index,views,sysnonyms,sequence

1. What is considered to design those object from bussiness point of view and how it influnced it?
2. What are the oracle paremeter need to be considered to design those object and how it benifit/degrade?
3. Anything which you think it is important?

4. Do we have any tool to do this JOB?

Hi,
you have to desgin the tables,indexes,.. etc based on your business requirement.....
i did't get you what you mean by tool, you can use the tool TOAD to create tables,..etc...

1. I would prefer a human, who is working as system analyst and/or designer.
2. It depends. You shall get many of them from Oracle Concepts book, a part of documentation found eg. online on http://tahiti.oracle.com/
3. Follow steps of software development process.
4. There are many tools covering different parts of the analysis/design process, eg. Oracle Designer.
