Hi,

Has anybody of you tried any of the following new features of forms10g in your projects.
If yes, please let me know some details

· Bursting and Distributing Reports as email

· Webutil migration between 6i and 10g

· Using parameter forms in 10g

· Report Error management with “showmyjobs” and table solutions

· Printing reports with an image file and MICR font

· Text-IO with 10g reports (not supported but is there a workaround)

· Run mode presentation management for users not using the Windows Classic theme

Thanks,
Srinivas

Hi Friends,

I was working with the following new feature:
· Bursting and Distributing Reports as email

http://download-east.oracle.com/docs/cd/B25016_04/doc/dl/bi/B13895_01/orbr_dist.htm

Followed the steps mentioned in above url.

But when i run the follow url.I am getting the error:
REP-1202: ORACLE logon not specified.

http://system:port/reports/rwservlet?server=reports10g&user_id=scott/tiger@orcl&REPORT=D:\work\SOURCE\test.rdf&DISTRIBUTE =YES&DESTINATION=c:\work\distribution.xml

Can anybody help me on this?

Thanks,
Srinivas

Hi All,

· Bursting and Distributing Reports as email

I got the solution.
error: the word user_id in URL.
it is not user_id, it is userid.

Once i changed this,it worked very well and very good feature.

Thanks,
Srinivas

Search this forum for 'migrate' and 'migration' and 'convert' and 'conversion'.
