11g r2 base works fine (after installing the pl / sql developer connected directly). php,
apache work together very well (extensions also connecting like php_curl.dll). That's just not possible to connect the extension = php_oci8_12c.dll
I tried to use the oracle instant client 12c 32 bit, then pecl install, but did not help.
and in my mind the path environment variables are configured correctly.
Data sources (odbc) driver also have problems
