I hesitated before posting this, because there has been so much spam on this forum recently. But this is my first for over two months, and I hope everyone annoyed by it has already de-subscribed, so here you are:

I'm running a Data Guard course at the end of the month, Data Guard topics five half days: it will probably be afternoons UCT (mornings EST). It is pretty good! Hard work and very workshop-y. You have to take lots of notes, do lots of practicals, ask lots of questions. I certainly won't be reading the manual to you, you can read that for yourself.
We'll cover all the 11.2 features, and if there is time and interest we can have a look at the 12.1 new features too (Far Sync and cascading standbys are the biggies).
